Meetings Northwest, LLC does not sell or otherwise make available mailing lists and databases from conferences and/or events. Nor does it provide an electronic attendee list to individuals outside of the conference host organizations. A printed attendee list is usuallly made available to all registered attendees in the event's registration packets. Attendees are allowed to opt out of this list.

Payment information is always confidential. Remember, do not email credit card information to anyone. Instead, use the online payment page provided for each event. Faxed and mailed payment information is also secure.
