Whether your special event is a business reception or your wedding, you want the details to be perfect! From the table centerpieces to the invitations, it needs to be unique - to have your special touch. Unfortunately, we often don't have the time or resources to see our dreams become reality. That's where we come in....we take your dream and help to make it a reality!

We have many packages to choose from, and while all packages depend upon hours needed, location of event, number of guests and size of bridal or VIP party, rough pricing is shown below:

Hourly consulting ($25.00 - $50.00 per hour).  For the host or couple who may need help with only a few items this is likely the best option.  For example, maybe you’re planning an event in a town (or state) separate from where you live.  Our staff can research available facilities and have two to three recommendations ready when you arrive.  You won’t have to spend your day(s) moving from one facility to another trying to access the pros and cons of each.  Instead, you can use your valuable time on other event details…

Onsite services (starts at $250.00).  For the host or couple that have finished all of their planning, but want to enjoy the big day! 

• We will act as the onsite contact for the event ensuring that food, gifts, photographer and bridal party members are in the right place at the right time! 
• We can also transport special items between the ceremony and reception site.
• We will be ready and available for any emergencies or unexpected occurrences.
• We can graciously guide everyone through the day and keep things running on schedule (i.e., first dance, toasts, cake cutting, etc.)
• We can distribute vendor payments and tips on the wedding day.
• We will organize and pack items for you at the end of the day (i.e., guest book, unclaimed favors, wedding bouquet, cards, gifts and the like).

Includes one face-to-face meeting and unlimited phone/email access.

Silver service (starts at $1000.00).  This package is for the host or couple that has completed a majority of the planning themselves, but wants a professional to manage the actual details (i.e., you have selected all of your vendors, but want us to handle all of the scheduling, payment details, etc.).  This package allows you relax and enjoy the final weeks leading up to your event.   Plus it includes all of our onsite services! 

Includes up to three face-to-face meetings to go over the wedding details – décor, timeline, vendor negotiations, etc.   

Gold service (starts at $2000.00 and is customized to fit your exact needs).  This is the ultimate event service package!  This package will allow the host or couple to enjoy the festivities while having someone take the creative lead.  Of course, you will be kept apprised of all the details via unlimited face-to-face meetings, email and phone contact.  What does this include?

• Detailed budget development and management – you’ll know where every penny goes!
• Locating, negotiating and contracting for the perfect location!
• Unlimited recommendations and suggestions (i.e., creative ideas, cost-saving suggestions, etiquette and the like).
• Assistance with menu selection and catering negotiations.
• Negotiating and contracting group room blocks, as needed, for event attendees as well as travel/transportation arrangements.
• Creation of comprehensive event time schedule for vendors and wedding party.
• Assist with negotiations and selection of all professional vendors – florists, photography, bridal party dress, entertainment, etc.
• Plus all that the Silver and Onsite services offer….
