Registration. There are several different options available for this year's event. Please read the following carefully and refer back to the Registration Information Page for additional details. There are five components to consider when registering - conference registration type (full, one-day, speaker, moderator or student), professional development certificate, transportation, activities and sessions/training - please complete each section as needed. Register each attendee individually.

Professional Development Hours
Professional Development Hours. Attendees can receive a certificate stating the number of Professional Development Hours (PDHs) they receive for attending the conference. In order to receive the certificate, you must add it to your cart (below). The number of PDHs awarded will be based on the number of sessions and workshops attended. Please see the Registration page for details. There is no charge for the certificates.

Event Shuttle
Transportation. The closest major airport - Portland, Oregon or PDX - services most airlines. For those individuals not wishing to rent a car for the 90 minute drive to Seaside, the conference hosts have arranged for a shuttle between the airport and Seaside Hotels. The cost for this shuttle is $35.00 one way or $65.00 round trip. If you wish to take advantage of the event shuttle, you must fly into the PDX on Saturday, August 22nd or Sunday, August 23rd and depart between 12:00 pm and 9:00 pm on Wednesday, August 26th or before 12:00 pm on Thursday, August 27th. Indicate your selection below. You will be emailed regarding your flight date, time and number.

Full Conference Registration
Full Attendee Registration. Includes admittance to all sessions (including those available in the Safety and Transit Tracks) and workshops, vendor area, ITS Information Assembly and professional tours. It also includes the Beach Party Bonfire on Sunday, August 23rd, breakfast and lunch on Monday, August 24th, Tuesday, August 25th and Wednesday, August 26th as well as the Columbia River Maritime Museum Dinner Activity on Monday, August 24th and the Ice Cream Social on Wednesday, August 26th.

Cancellation Policy:
Individuals who must cancel their registration can do so 30 days prior to the event and receive a full refund. Individuals who must cancel two weeks to 30 days prior to the event receive a 75% refund, and a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made one to two weeks prior to the event. Cancellations received less than 1 week from the event will not be eligible for a refund. Substitutions, however, are always welcome.
